How do you lose weight fast? -

I m totally huge and I want to feel better about myself by losing as much weight as possible as fast as possible

Honestly you could drink a lot of prune juice or use one of those body flush products, and you could lose A LOT of weight really fast.... mainly because you will be going to the bathroom A LOT, so everything you ate right before or eat while doing this will go right out if you know what i mean. BUT!!! BEWARE!!! you will gain the weight right back, and you will be losing A LOT of liquid weight so your might look great in an outfit, but you will be very dehydrated, might have bad stomach cramps (from going so much) and overall might look kinda sick in the face to others Soooooo yea.. thats the honest truth!:)

Well, first off, losing a lot of weight in a short period of time is very unhealthy for the body, not to mention, it s not as effective as doing slowly over a long period of time. Try to track what you eat daily and exercise.

I lost over 70 pounds in 4 months and have kept it off for 2 years by doing Dance Dance Revolution and eating 5 or 6 meals a day that average between 200-300 calories. If I eat more than that in one meal I get on DDR right away and burn it off. If I go out to eat, I come home and do DDR until I ve burned the extra calories. I don t delay the work that I need to do to keep the calories at the proper net level. If I eat 2200 calories in one day, which I rarely do anymore I make sure my calorie counter says I ve burned at least 900 calories. I jog about 10 miles a day and I have great energy.
