Eat lots of fruits and vegetables for three days, and nothing else. Apples, Oranges, and Strawberries only tend to have better results. Drink only water for the duration of your weight loss. After three days you should have lost around 3-6 pounds. Walk for about thirty minutes each day for the duration of your weight loss. After the first three days go back to eating normal meals, make them healthier though with lots of vegetables and fruits. Wait about five days to allow your body recuperation time and then repeat the three days of eating nothing but vegetables and fruits. Do these steps until you ve reached your goal weight. If you eat only apples for the three days it ll rid you of acne for about a month or two as well.

(I just started this new system today)Okay, so, I made up these little cards that say different times (12:30 P.M., 10:00 A.M., etc.) and I arranged them in chronological order on my white board. Then, by each time, I give myself something to do, such as reading, Wii, computer, work-out, bike, outside, etc. So then I ll always have something to do, and I can arrange it so I have as much physical activity as possible.Also, I try to lay off the sweets, except for Sundays. Sundays are the day of rest, so, hey, why not? But if you re REALLY trying to lose weight, try no sweets AT ALL.Good luck!Hope my new system works!
Slow down!! Run. Squat thrusts. Only have soda on weekends (that worked for me), run, run, Bike, jump rope, and some jumping jacks (100-200 at a time) doo these during commercials. It works. Good luck!
run.. eat salad.tea and fruits. with proteins and vitamins.. but your too young to be loosing weight..you can damadge your self.. but try eating healthy and excersizing .
Follow Isabel s advice.Stay away from processed foods as much as possible, as they are laden with salt, sugar and fat.
you can never lose weight that fast that is with out doing unhealthy things so just dont rush anything.
eat heathy and stay away from chocolate try lean cusine meals they really good and help you lose alot of weight
