Weight loss pills are unhealthy ( well, not that unheathly but my method is heathlier).Try this:Eat enough to not be full but not hungry either ( you could still eat, but you don t have to).Jog for 15 minuites 2 times a day or walk for 30 minuites 2 times a day.Avoid large amounts of sugar or fat.You can exersise some more if you want and it will speed up the weight loss but only a bit.Good luck!

Your body tends to overreact and stores fat when it thinks it is being starved. Eat five small and healthy meals a day coupled with working out (AND NO SODA!!!) and you ll be on your way to thin!!!
