Eat vegetables raw or steamed. You really won t be able to loose this much that quick in a healthy way. If you loose more than 2-3 pounds a week it will mess up your metabolism which will make you later gain more weight back. The best thing you can do is exercise and eat lots of vegetables and lean meat. Do weight training to build muscle- muscle burns fat. Best of luck work hard and you will see results. There is no quick fix just a healthy lifestyle. You will have to keep this up for life or you will gain it right back. But once you get used to it you will love it. You will feel so good!

ok just cut down on what you eat. and when you feel the urge to snack on something sweet just rinse your mouth with mouthwash or drink water. (it tastes a lot better when you re desperate) of course, eat your 3 meals a day but dont get more than what you are served or whats suggested. just think healthier and when you think about fatty sugary foods just imagine all the icky stuff thats in it and imagine you re eating that plain.. it kinda throws you off

LOW CARB. thats the two words that will save you. in 4 weeks you would loose it. just eat low carb food like chicken and meats and salad veggies. and make sure you check the labels. you can also have ranch dressing on your salad. and you can have eggs and bacon. but no bread,pasta,fruit,potatoe,and any starchy food. If you really wanna loose the weight do this with hour of excersise 3 times a week and youll look really good. Good luck i did it and i look so much better i lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks.
