These rich starch foods are not good for dinner!* At dinner time, chose mainly large mixed veggies salads... with fish, lean meat or cheese (if you are not a vegetarian). if u want to lose weight the best food to it are baked potatoes with nothing on it. no salt no nothing just plain. u can eat a 10000000000 baked potatoes till ur stuff and not gain a pound. i heard that from a weight loss tape. the best drink is water or gatorade. thats a start then when you work out do some taeboo. if u want a macine. run with dumbells on a treadmill. u could do the rocky workout. but thats a new story. u could use a butterfly macine i think it works the abs1) It is not just the amount you eat, but what you eat. Lean meats and vegtables that snap are a good place to start. And by snap I mean fresh and not boiled or doused with better or whatever.2) Exercise moderatly but for about an hour every other day. Spend half of that walking or running at a good enough pace for you to feel labored. The other half of the time use weights, or exercises such as push ups or situps to get a muscle burn . A gym is also an option, but I don t know if you have the money for or want to spend the money on it.3) Sleep well. To bed earlier and up earlier. Exercise in the morning when you wake up, not in the evening before bed. 7 hours of GOOD sleep is a must.4) Occupy yourself with a hobby that keeps your attention for a long period of time. A hobby like this keeps your mind focused and gives less of a chance for snacking from boredom.That is a good place to start... if you see good results, keep it up and modify to fit you... if it does not, see a doctor AND a trainer Keep working out, drink water a lot, eat 5 to 6 meals a day but in small quantities, vegtables are important specially cucumber and lattice, fruits not be eaten after meals except by 2 to 3 hours, minimize the starch quantities in your meals lots of salad is important, your last meal must be before you sleep by 2 to 3 hoursthe most important thing is you don t lose patient wait and have a strong will to be as what you wantyou might have some more ideas from www.ivillage.comgood luck
if you work out and build muscle you will burn fat. building muscle helps with your metabolism which will help with burning fat :) and this theory has been proven time and time again. good luckThe human body is a funny thing. It s VERY ADAPTABLE for survival. So when you give it less food, the result is a slow metabolism for survival purpose. That s why it is important to take a break (but stay in control of your food intake) from your diet and focus on eating healthy, balance meals with exercise. This will prevent your metabolism from getting too slow.Hundreds and thousands of years ago, when eating was a matter of survival, the body would protect itself by slowing down the rate it burned calories (lower metabolism) to maintain weight. In modern society, we have the opposite problem of too much food, temptation and consequent weight gain.Our body is designed for survival and less food is a threat to it s survival. You must control a slow increase or decrease of food to successfully lose weight and keep it off. If you stop eating or skip meals, your metabolism will come to a SCREECHING HALT. If you maintain a control and balance diet, you will lose weight but your body s metabolism will finally adapt and slow down. That s why we need to take a break from dieting. If you give up and SUDDENLY start eating back to your pre diet intake, you may quickly gain weight because of a low metabolism.this is why i recommend smaller ore frequent meals.Increase Your Metabolism Through Movement/ exercise/ walking at least 30 minutes helps boost it also.to answer you question truthfully, noone can give you an accurate # because all bodies are different. BUT if you eat more frequently so your body doesnt go ito survival mode and excercise then you are on the right track and if you can excercise in the morning that increases your metabolism for a while. the more you raise you heartrate the more of a boost your metabolism gets. most important be healthy, no sense in becoming ill//good luck
well u shouldnt do anthing that will damage ur body so i suggest u get off the sweets and start exercising and eating right and it wont happen fast but you ll have a great body and if u workout every day then expect good results in 2 weeks later
I lost 20 lbs in 60 days by doing 2 key things. The first is get your body moving. If you do not exercise now, or find it hard to start, begin with something easy. Set an easy goal for your self, for example, walking for 30 min. 3 days the first week, or get a beginner level 30 min exercise dvd. Then excel from there. Second, is eat 6 small healthy meals a day. For example, I figured out that I would have to eat something every 90 min. to achieve this. I choose small portions of healthy foods that satisfied my body, and I never ever felt hungry. It sounds outrageous, and may take a week or two to kick in, but once it does, the weight loss is so swift, it seems to melt away!! However, I realize that everybody s body is different.
