6 feet 200lbs...sounds perfect to me if its muscle....but if you want to, then keep working out but not soo much just weight lifting cardio is great because it gives you a faster metabolism. Eating wise you should eat 5 SMALL meals a day so that you won t snack and it ll regulate your metabolism. Also if you already have a exercise routine, you need to switch it up and change exercises because your body responds to change, if you keep doing the same thing you will no longer get results
