You re very young. If you weigh 195 i don t know how you would look at 115! Let s go for 150 to start out with. First of all you must start out slow with the exercises. That way you won t burn yourself out too quick. You must look at this in a long term situation. Don t just think of I ll do all of this in a hurry. No this is a life time thing.1. eat a measured breakfast Also remember you re not alone, many people are in the same boat as you are in. At least you are trying to do something about it at a young age.2. eat a small lunch3. Eat a dinner with small portions. Never eat after 7PM After a while, you ll be happy, and wonder how you ever eat the way you did. This is for the rest of your life everyday, do it today, then tomorrow make it another day to do it.I bet you ll make it.
Sweetie, you just can t lose 80 pounds in 3 months. However, you can get yourself well on your way. But please only do it the healthy way and be patient. Starving yourself and over-exercising can seriously harm you. And if that s not incentive enough to lose weight the healthy way, think of it this way - dangerous habits such as those will most likely make you gain weight, as when we cut out too many calories our bodies hold on to fat to prevent it from starving. Also, you are more likely to gain back any weight you lose.Instead, try to exercise 3-5 times a week. Try going for a run or swimming - do something like that, which is considered a cardio workout, for about 30 minutes each time you workout. Also, if you have access to weights, it s a good idea to start lifting em. Can you get a book on weight lifting? You don t need to do anything crazy, just get those muscles working. And of course, focus on your diet. Try to make your diet consist of mostly veggies and fruits. Cut out processed foods like chips, cookies, etc. Drink LOTS of water, and cut out soda and really sweet juices.
Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the daily calorie needs calculator http://calorieneedscalculator.com This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.Beginner s Guide to Dieting - http://straightdiet.com
I don t think you can lose that much weight by September. But you can lose some weight if you eat sensibly (no radical crash diets) and exercise every day. There s no magic pill or trick to losing weight. Use your treadmill, you can build up speed and length of time as you go along, and cut the fat and junk food out of your diet. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats like chicken or fish, and whole grains.

You can definitely make great strides in weight loss with just two months, but I doubt you ll get from 195 to 115 in that short a time. At least not without surgery or, you know.... chopping off a leg or something.I have NO idea what kind of food you eat, but it s a given that bad foods will only hinder your progress. I ll give you a few quick tips for successful weight loss:1.) MORE meals, but smaller portions: To keep your metabolism up, it s MUCH better to eat several small, healthy meals throughout the day as opposed to like 2-3 big meals. This can be a real pain, but make a schedule for yourself. Aim for 7-8 meals with the first one in the morning (like 6-7AM). Eat something like every 2.5 hours.2.) Drink LOTS of water: This is healthy on several levels, but it s also a good way to ensure that you won t binge eat because it fills you up as well as flushes you out.3.) Exercise daily: This doesn t have to be high-impact aerobics or anything, but start with doing things you enjoy. Biking is good; walking and jogging are better, but go with what you can do. I enjoy weightlifting and basketball, but that s not for everybody. Swimming is also an excellent way to exercise as it s a total body workout. And by swimming, I don t mean cannonballs off the diving board. I m talking LAPS.4.) Get sufficient sleep: If you re a night owl, you re not only gonna be tempted to eat past 9:00pm, but you re also depriving your body of the rest it needs to stay healthy and strong.5.) Eat the right foods: Seems like a no-brainer, but you d be surprised. Keep carbs low with the highest-carb meal being breakfast. By the evening, try not to consume any carbs (or as few as possible). Fruits and veggies are also great, but focus more on the veggies. Many types of fruit have natural sugars (glucose) in them, while the majority of veggies are comparatively lower.6.) Avoid junk: Again, this is probably obvious, but junk includes sodas, Gatorade and flavored waters. Some foods that SEEM good for you are either loaded with sugar or trans fats; neither of which will do you any favors en route to a healthy physique.7.) See your doctor: I know you said you can t go to a doctor, but realistically, you NEED to. You don t have to go to a specialist, per se, but you should get checked out to make sure that whatever exercise you choose won t be too much for you. Without the consent of a doctor, you could do yourself more harm than good.Good luck.
