Am I fat, and how do I lose weight fast!? -

I am 5 foot 6 (171cm) and 134 pounds (61kg). Am I fat for a 13 year old, don t judge me by my age though. How can I lose about 24 pounds (11kg) and fast?

your not overweight, but i guess it depends on how you carry it. if you want to lose weight, here s what you do:drink lots of water, and eat regularly. don t starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you ll gain everything back, trust me.eat lots of fruits and veggies, and if you eat bread, make sure it s whole grain. white bread is pretty fattening. you can also eat lean meats, like chicken breast.skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, ice cream, cake, and cookies.cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out a lot!and don t forget to exercise!try walking, jogging, jump rope, dancing, bike riding and swimming. try exercising for 45-80 minutes a day.good luck!

Listen, most people have false ideas about getting thin. Everyone wants to be lean but not many people are willing to do what it takes. They want something quick and easy when in fact it takes time and hard work and that s it. There s no miracle pill, no miracle diet. You have to make healthy choices every day. Being healthy is a result of making healthy choices throughout your life, over a period of time. Being fat is a result of making unhealthy choices over a period of time. If you re overweight it s because you make poor choices. You consume more calories than you use, you eat more than you need. You exercise less than is required to burn off the calories you take in. It s really very simple. Learn about the foods you re eating and get two hours of exercise, vigorous exercise, every day. That s it. That s the only answer, the only truth.

No your fine. I m an inch taller than you and a pound less and I know I am not fat but I am not a stick. And a year older. Anyway, I am trying to lose weight. I just want to look better and have the body I did last year. Just try to cut all junk and exercise 20 minutes a day. Do some research and find out your BMR, that will tell you how many calories you burn without doing anything per day. Good luck and maybe you should aim for 10 pounds not 24..

You arent fat darlin. Im 15 and Im like 10 stone 10 which is way more than you. And you are the same height as me. I dont think Im fat because I weigh more than I look but I would like to loose some weight so I look toned and stuff.There is no easy way to loose weight but your best bet would probably we swimming, running, fast walking and stuff like that.Good luck (: xx

To be honest, 134 lb isn t excessive for your height unless you have a relatively small bone structure (which is probably your case). NOOO your not fat... your tall and fine. If you want to be healthy and feel better and more tone about yourself then maintain an eating and excersise plane that you can actually follow and your body and mind will eventually get use to it. You will look better and feel way better too.

No I dont think your fat at all I think your perfect size and if you did still want to lose weight even if you dont have to then I would say only lose maybe 10 pounds but I really dont think you should lose any I would just try to stay at the same weight
