healthy balance between a good diet and subtle exercise. you don t need to go crazy. here s some tips my mother and I abide by.-don t eat anything after 9 p.m. (I m serious! your metabolism slows down!)-eat at least 1 Greek strained yogurt a day (Chobani is good) it s excellent for your skin and hair and helps you lose weight. It has only 100 calories and no fat.-drink at least 8 cups of water a day-start with simple exercises like running. if you don t like to run, then take a leisurely walk around your neighborhood. slowly but surely you will see results.-always try to tie healthy choices into your daily meals. instead of fried chicken have grilled chicken. instead of having 3 cookies have 1.you re not going to go to sleep and wake up automatically thin. it takes time but you will be fully satisfied with the results if you keep up!
Start by writing everything you eat, daily.Also make conscious efforts to eat healthier; eliminate junk foods.And exercise.
