No such thing as fast and easy. If you want to lose weight fast and healthily... eat like 1500 calories of healthy food a day and do a ton of exercise.
just pic your favorite vegie or fruit and eat that along with a baseball size of yogurt every 2-3 hours. along with exrcise. i lost around 8 pounds in like 3 days! trust me it will work. just make sure you are still getting your protein. try eating nuts in your yogurt. it s tasty and healthy. just remember to work out with it. Did you gain all that weight over night??? I did not think so, so dont expect to loose it fast and easy if there was a way there would not be a fat person in this world. I have lost 32 pounds and honey there is NOTHING fast and easy about it!
