How to lose weight fast....??/? -

im 5.4 and im 16..my weight is 135 and i want to be 125 in a month. i do cardio (30 mins), walk, eat 2 times a day not alot..and its not working the places i want to lose weight from is m thiys, my boobs and alittle from my stomach can i get some help..tell me what im doning wrong

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.
