I suggest that you eat around 1400 calories a day and make sure to measure food! aim for like 400 cal. at each meal. example meal plann: Breakfast ideas: -Oatmeal 1/2 a cup 150 calories (to add flavor put some brown sugar and some silk milk into it. this will add to like 220 cal. also include fruite-- blueberries, strawberrys, rasberrys are good choices! - Egg beaters 1/4 cup is 30 cal. so have 2servings and thats 60 cal. put veggies in egg beaters and some protein. (chicken, turkey ect.) with the egg beaters have fruite! and mabye a small cereal. Lunches: saled - veggies! (red peppers, cucumbers, carrots, cellery ect.) put white meat on saled. (fish, chicken ect.) for dressing use low fat or olive oil. sprinkle some almonds and raisins on saled as well. half tuna sandwhich- tuna fish, 1TBL mayo, chopp up some veggies to stick into the sandwhich! and use whole grain bread. you could also have some soup with this as well. Dinner: stick with white meats! less in fat! have red meats 2 times a week. also have veggies with your meal and sweet potatoe! (1/2 cup 140 cal.) * if you need a snack like after dinner, or during the day.. whenever, have like 150- 200 calories. have strawberrys with whipped cream. * popsicles *yogert make sure you get in excersize each day! bike riding, running, swimming ect
