I know you re not going to want to hear this, but if you lose weight slowly, you have a much higher chance at keeping the weight off than you would if you lost it fast.Do some exercises, especially cardio (walking, jogging, running, etc) if you want to lose fat from your whole body. Lift some weights and do muscle toning---the more muscle you build, the more calories you burn on an average day. Sit ups, crunches, and push ups are good. Also, you need to watch what you eat, especially the portions. Eat 6 small meals everyday and drink tons of water. Don t eat foods packed with calories, either. Salads, vegetables, fruits, and anything with fiber is good. Stay away from pastas and breads!Good luck :)

BMR is the number of calories your body needs to sustain proper function of the heart, lungs, brain, and other organs. This is the maximum number of calories per day you should eat. For a bit faster weight loss, subtract 100-200 calories from this figure.For diet, eat plenty of fruits and veggies. Avoid refined sugars (especially sodas and candy bars) and refined grains (white bread or pasta). Eat several smaller meals during the day rather than 2-3 big ones. For exercise, I d recommend doing cardio workout as this will kick up your metabolism over the course of several hours, helping in the burning of fat. If you are in decent condition to start with, you might also want to do some resistance training to tone your muscles. Toned muscles always look better by adding definition without adding mass.Do a bit of research each day. Eventually it adds up to a wealth of information that you can use to make good decisions that work for you. And that is the key - what works for you - since everyone is different.And have a positive attitude. That will do more for helping you reach your goals than anything else.Good luck.
Well, first things first, I ll tell you how I lost weight, but before that, I want to tell you what NOT to do.The first thing not to do is fall for low fat sweet packs. They are very dangerous for your health and do nothing at all. Next thing is avoid ANYTHING with the word DIET on it. And the third thing not to do is fall for any pills or any product that is said to kill fat/kill weight. I cannot stress this enough.Now onto the part you want to hear about.The way I lost weight was from eating about half of what I usually ate. The next thing I did was quit all fast food restaurants that I ate that was deep fried or covered in oil. The next thing was that I avoided most sweets (do not avoid all, or you will faint due to low blood sugar) because of the calories that they give. Once in a while is ok. And the last thing I did was avoid drinking anything sweet. What I did was drink UNSWEET tea, and most people think they will stay healthy and lose weight by drinking sweet tea, they are sadly mistaken. I would recommend water or tea, any tea works also.Hope it helps, but the thing that makes the most, is not how you look, but how you are. Find out how many calories you burn (not including exercise, your BMR), then times that by seven (find out how many calories you burn in a week), then minus 3500 (a pound) and divide by seven (to find out how many calories you burn a day). You can eat anything you want as long as your calories are underneath of that number, and you will lose about a pound or more a week (depending on your activity level, etc.)

But why feel you need to lose it quickly ?Losing weight quickly usually results in health problems as well as gaining it back. The body REACTS to sudden changes in activity and nutrition in a way which resists change. Work over time to build muscle, get fit and lose weight.It all comes down to sensible eating and regular exercise. The only short cuts have negative consequences.

well like if you wanna lose weight you only eat if your hungry not cuz your bored and if you are bored just like exercise cuz you have to burn more calories than you eat to lose weight but don t starve your self cuz like you need energy to exercise and you get energy from food...yeah and drink lots of water cuz you sweat a lot when you work out and water sorta flushes you out
there is this one diet called crack. it worked well with whitney houston.. ok look.. all you gotta do is eat healthy, exercise. basically it. there is no magic solution..just eat healthy, cut down on sugars. you ll lose a lot of weight just cutting down on sugars.
