Most Effective way to lose weight? -

I need a good effective wa to lose weight fastER. i already do:3 miles100 crunchesa 15 pound weight 50 times each armi need to lose 30 pounds in 3 months :) thankss

1. gluten free, wheat free, dairy free foods.2. organic foods3. 1-2 liters of water per day4. Eat every 3 hrs small portion of food like a cup of salad with olive oil, a slice of turkey, and half an apple. A granola bar can help.5. No sugars, no sweets, no soda.6. starters: 30 min per day and gradually increase to 2 hrs a day. Cardio. (Take it Slowly.)7. Veggie juices every day! Blend Spinach, lettuce, carrots, etc. Drink every day 8 oz.- Remember that it s UNHEALTHY to lose more than 1-2 lbs a week.
