there s this diet where you eat maple syrup cayenne pepper and lemon juice. and nothing else. not even water. they claim you feel weird because the toxins are being released from your body but really you re only consuming 300 calories. beyonce did it to get thin for dream girls and even she admits that it wasn t worth it.

Regardless of what people say, the Atkins Diet is very healthy and you can drop 10-20 pounds in the first 2 weeks.
