Hey,just increase the running, thats wat s going to make you lose the weight. keep doing the ab work to get that awsome stomach. In regards to diet, make breakfas and lunch the larger meals, eat carbs during those meals, and not so much for dinner. lastly, im not a fan of the scale, rather on how you look. If you only lose like 7 lbs, but look super hot, you know things have changed. Some good exercises for your bottom, are squats and lunges. I m sure you re going to look super hot. Good Luck
you can do more running etc. or you can get a personal trainer. or visit the dietition.. but don t starve yourself because if you do, your metabolism will lower, and you will gain twice as much weight when you eat back at a normal rate again.
