If you want to lose weight quickly, you have to burn far more calories than you are consuming. Cardio exercise like running, swimming, aerobics, cycling will burn the calories, but you have to really sweat. Do this for at least 1-2 hours a day, depending on fitness level. You can also sweat more by spending time in a sauna each day. Make sure you replace lost fluids, as you will soon run out of energy to train if you dont. Eat plenty of fruit for energy and cut down on milk products, pastas and meat as these foods are slow to digest. Also, dont eat a few hours before bed. Dont worry about doing weights, as this will only put on muscle rather than burn fat. Hope this helps.
Not if you want to keep the weight off there isn t any way. You won t like me for saying this but diets don t work bcz when you go back to your old lifestyle after the diet is done then the weight will come back.Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the only way to lose wieght and keep it off is to alter your lifestyle.p.s if you want to lose weight without dieting then I d recommend kickboxing. I was permanently hungry and could never eat enough to put a single ounce of weight on. It s very hard exercise but it makes you feel great and strong and you cannot put weight on while you are training so hard.
Yes it is possible to lose weight fast by starvation diets, all liquid diets, fasting, eating only low cal vegetables etc. But I am here to tell you the only safe way is the traditional way - eat healthy, exercise, and no less than 1000 calories a day for any extended period of time. The quick weight loss facts are: you are losing water weight (which leads to dehydration), you lose muscle tissue instead of fat, (healthy muscles will help you lose weight), your metabolism slows down because your body thinks it is being starved and is conserving every calorie to keep going without any fuel (food). When you begin eating again, your metabolism does not rev up so therefore you gain everything you lost back plus more because your body is preparing for the next starvation phase to start again. The only way to keep the weight off is to eat small meals with lots of vegetables and cut back on Pasta, breads, starches and increase your EXERCISE to build stronger muscles and get your heart pumping. Sorry if this is not what you wanted to hear, I could not lie to you like others have done to me. You need balance in your diet as well as your life. Try being healthy for the long term and you will see results in your future.
