maybe..do some rope skipping(about 15 minutes) before beginning your pilates...pilates tones the body,you need a little cardio to make it facilitate weight loss...you still need carbs and proteins to sustain muscles...have small servings of lowfat yoghurt and crackers occasionally...you can take a tbsp of raw nuts twice daily...you need enough fuel for your exercises dear...good luck
