have you tried jumping rope? google some articles on it and find some videos on youtube...its what boxers and wrestlers use to get down in weight classes.
Alright, lets see. According to most websites, it goes like this: Take your current weight and multiply it by ten. That s how many calories your body should have to maintain your health. (There s an exception to that, I mean if you re more muscular you ll need more calories, and if you barely move you ll need less.) They claim that if you want to lose approximately a pound a week, to take off 500 of those calories per day. If you re participating in sports, you should definitely be able to lose a whole lot more than that. I think that between 1,000 and 1,500 calories a day should work IF you re active. If you aren t active, and sit around more, then you ll need to either lower the calories more or exercise more. If you have 40 days, you can use the first few days to experiment and see how certain things work.Good luck.
It is feasible to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight rapidly then you will without doubt put it all back on again just as rapidly. The one thing that definitely showed results for me was wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials left, it was featured in Reader s Digest and CNN. I melted away 25 pounds, it definitely does produce results!
Not the healthiest way to lose weight, but if you go on Atkins and eat nothing but vegetables and protein along with plenty of water, you ll lose weight SUPER fast. I lost 10 pounds in one week when I was on it. However, like I said, I don t recommend it for long-term weight loss. As soon as you go back on carbs, you ll gain it back. But for like weigh-ins and stuff, it should suit your purpose.
