How do you lose weight fast, i dont want pills.? -

i repeat, NO PILLS.i only want to lose 15 or so pounds, how can i do this?like what should i eat?

. Eat 3 400-500 meals a day.. Exercise for 30 minutes a day. Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Preferably freezing cold.. Snack on things like dried fruits which are sweet.. Cut down on junk food.. If you want to eat something like chocolate, take one piece, eat it and if you still want more take one more piece. .
