you still need to eat! just stop eating junk food and drinking soda. eat 3 solid meals a day. eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner with no snacks in between any of them. also, increase your water intake. start drinking more water or start drinking water if you don t. find a way to keep yourself occupied/busy. instead of playing video games all day, get out and do stuff. go for a walk or bike ride. if you just lay off the fattening stuff and the soda pop you ll be fine. eat home cooked meals, try not to dine out. fast food is like the top reason why america is becoming fatter. if you follow this, you re guaranteed to lose weight. hope this helped!

Ok I m 13 years old and I have researched as much as I can about weight loss and it s working for me. I go to the gym for about 60 minutes every day. Never ever ever cut down on breakfast. It s what gives you energy for the day and without it, you ll have no energy to work out! The meal you should cut down most on is dinner. Have something small like a salad. Just cut down on sodas and candy. But let yourself have some once in a while or you ll crave it so much then end up having maybe a whole box of candy!! I highly recommend eating healthy and exercising. (Yoga is great!) I wrote a whole essay about water fasting but then I saw that you were 12! Totally disregard what I said. You re growing, sweety. 165 IS a lot for a 12 year old. But you need to work your way down. Trust me, you re going to feel great when you see yourself all slim than weak and bony.

noteating wont do anything but ruin your life forever [ i had an eating disorder so i know what i am talking about ]i know its tough, but you just have to have faith in yourself. Stay away from sweets as much as possible, but have a treat every now and then.You should also exercise.
