yepp.. no need to lose weight. but if you wanna excercise properly.. that never hurts.. you d be surprised at the results of a little excercise over a month or two. don t go crazy now. i don t mean like work yourself stupid.. maybe half an hour a day of what you like to do?i bet youre one of those girls whos body is built right for a 128 too, huh?
I am no expert, but eat healthy, eat enough but not more than enough, exercise, enjoy life.12 years old is young. You are never to old to become the person you want to become, and that is advice for 40 year olds not even 12 year olds.Last, don t sweat the small stuff. All of Junior high and most of high school are small stuff. So be patient with yourself and others.

I know how bad you want to just drop the weight...like peal it off you. But the only way you could do that is stop eating completely .. and let me tell you, that is the most painfullest thing, EVER! Sweetie, talk to your mom maybe about a gym pass to your local gym, and get them to buy lots and lots vegetables. It will make you look and fab. for jr. high! Drink plently of water...and realize you re still growing so you ll slim up!
