Best tips to lose weight fast? -

please i really wanna do it this timehow can i get enough motivation?whats the best way to lose weight?please help

I had to lose 20 lbs in a month for my first photo shoot. My motivation was that i really want to have a career in modeling.So i just ate better and ate less and did a lot of working out. like an hour and a half of aerobics everyday. If you just make sure that everything you eat does something good for your body and work out you ll lose weight. Think before you eat and make sure you don t eat fried foods or stupid foods you don t need (chocolate, ice cream, chips, cake, pizza etc.) All your body needs is nutrients.Remember once you lose weight you don t only look better, you ll feel more energetic and happy and healthier.Good Luck!!

motivation: this is what I use**that chocolate cookie/ milk shake, etc is only pleasing the moment... tomorrow or for that fact 30 minutes from now if wont matter if you ate that cookie or not-- your not STILL tasting itfind a pic of like jessica alba or whatever body u want and look at it everyday to remind you of your goal. everytime you see chocolate or whatever ur weakness is, ask yourself if you d rather have 5 minutes of tasteful pleasure or the body of ur dreams?another thing that works is dont focus on LOSING weight, focus on being the healthiest you can be-- this will change the way your mind works and help you stay positive-- almost all weight loss is mentalGET RID OF ALL STRESS!!!go to bed before 11:30 every night-- sleep at least 7-8 hourslots of vegetables, water, fruit, and some carbs look in the mirror everyday too and try to point out everything that you do like about your body, not just being critical-- keeping a positive, stress free attitude is CRUCIAL! -- you must remain positivework out everyday, and be confidentcardio is amazing, swimming is one of the best workouts ever! it works every muscle in your body-- weight training is very good too- but low weights high repsDONT DRINK ALCOHOL! that stuff will fatten you up! if you stay commited you will succeed! i guarantee it! Replace fruit with crisps and choc. Eat5-6 LIGHT meals a day.Drink only water exercise alot. Situps are good.
