get an ice/crack habit
six small meals a day with water and make sure there healthy and low in calories. The water curbs your hunger and do lots of cardio 20-30minutes at a moderate pace sounds good and stay away from junk food. Eat your meals every 2-3 hours and you will for sure lose those dreaded pounds. Of course go to the gym and excercise with weights don t worry you won t gain huge muscles at all and you should be set. You should see results in a month.

go on the treadmill everyday for 30 mins bike ride and dont eat alot and dont eat badly and do some crunches situps my bff did it and in 4 months lost 20 pounds ps youll see rusults in 2 weeks hope this helps!
