You cannot lose weight fast and safely. Losing weigh quickly can put great strain on the heart and can cause other serious health problems. The only good way to lose weight is to eat less food and do more exercise - and don t starve yourself or wear yourself out. Don t risk your long term health to lose weight fast - lose weight gradually and safly and you will be able to keep it off more easily too.
