what are some tips to lose weight fast. What r some exercises i can do to for my arms, thighs, and lower stomach( you know, the little pouch area)?

If you want to lose weight fast, but aren t concerned with keeping it off, a liquid diet is the way to go.If you want to lose weight KINDA fast, and keep it off, this is what I have done: every time you sit down to a meal, leave two to four bites of everything on your plate, more if you can handle it.Eat more sandwiches. Why? You can take a slice of meat, a slice of cheese, just enough mayo to moisten the bread. Learn to like mustard (like I did). It gives a lot of flavor, almost no fat or calories. Then get one of those bags of salad mix and throw as much as you can in your sandwich, along with some onion or peppers or whatever you like that gives lots of flavor. You feel like you re eating a ton, when you re eating almost nothing.Quit the three meals a day. Switch to six quarter-meals a day. You stay satisfied longer, taking in fewer calories, and your body burns the calories faster.As far as toning up, for your lower body, few things are better than fast walking---a lot of it, every day.For the upper body, if you can do sit-ups against gravity, those are great.For arms, I have taken up gardening, believe it or not. Of course, my gardening includes building grape arbors and carrying boulders. A lot of people think of gardening as something for wimps or old people, but if you do it right, it keeps you in shape.And one of my favorite foods is Propel water. Vitamins, fluids, and only 30 calories.By the way, I ve lost 100 pounds.

don t eat too much ice cream or junk food at all or at nighteat more fruit and vegetables (eat in some portions if possible)
