As long as you do it right it will. After you wrap yourself in plastic wrap, do some cardio. Take it off afterwards. You need to make sure you drink a lot of water while you re doing this also. You should be having 10 to 12 cups of water a day. You lose weight and inches because you are sweating all the toxins and impurities out of your body. It s kinda like taking a saunna, execept you re burning more calories. I actually plan on doing this tomorrow morning so it s kinda funny you mentioned it. :D Hope I ve helped.
