Hi! I m 14 and I m trying to do the same thing right now.I m not sure if this helps, butI m running/jogging a mile every day,along with 300 crunches and other abdominal/leg exercises.If you cut down 500 calories a day (by exercising more or eating less) then you can lose a pound a week. Its the healthiest way to lose weight, just 1 or 2 lbs a week.Good luck!
eat healty and run eat fruits and vegetables stay away from fattning food and cut down on chesse and dairy productsbut you can still drink milk
well I lost a pretty good amount of pounds by running and trying to stay active most of the day. Oh and I danced too :]

Drink lots of water. Eat fruits and veggies with a lot of fiber-apples,celery,carrots,leafy veggies, oranges, etc. I d have some protein a day too just to prevent getting sick (think a bit of peanut butter on some apple slices). If you need to eat some carbs but make sure they re whole grain-like brown whole rice or whole grain bread. I d take a vitamin too. If you do this you ll still get the nutrients you need (to a degree) but fiber wont make you fat and neither will water-BUT it ll help you to not feel hungry. Do this and increase your activity to burn off the caloriess you do take in and you should loose weight quick.
