Hi Ariel,Losing weight fast and in a healthy way is not as hard as people think. In fact, it can be pretty easy. Just cutting soda and sugary drinks from your diet COMPLETELY is just one awesome way to lose weight fast easy and healthily. (I lost 10 pounds alone only with that one change) That along with the other tips I m going to share below (all are very safe and healthy) and you will be on your way to easily losing the weight and keeping it off.As cliche as it may sound you gotta eat your veggies. They are amazingly good for you, also raw nuts (almonds are best) fruits, and 100% whole grain breads instead of white flours (white flour is very bad for you, read up on it if you get the chance!) Try and stay away from fried foods and fast food as much as possible, and other empty calories and foods that provide you no nutrients, like ice cream/candy/cake etc. Common sense goes a long way with what foods to eat and how to be healthy, so use it :)Building healthy eating habits and keeping the weight off in the long term is what you should really strive for. Also, make sure you don t count calories, it can drive you CRAZY! Just eat GOOD calories, and when your satisfied, stop eating. Try to eat more meals a day and portion them smaller, it really is proven to speed up your metabolism and burn fat way faster. If you mix this in with the other things I ve shared, you will be on your way to easily losing weight and keeping it off.Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them. Well hun there is no way of losing weight FAST! It takes time and effort. Start by de-junking your diet and only eating healthy foods. Get into cardio classes and it will help give you a nice figure. And on days that you have no cardio, go for a jog or do some pilates for relaxing. Its all about the willingness to get moving!! And you attitude! Do this for 3 months and you will have a sexy figure in no time. Making yourself stick to a diet will help boost your confidence and you brain will eventually get used to the way your body works and you will crave the healthy stuff!Good Luck 3-Gabzz xoxo
Coming from someone who has been up and down from 160 to 110, there are many healthy ways to lose weight quick that don t have to suck as much as running cuz lord knows only cooky people like running. (sorry cooks) lol any who first you could start doing dance warmups. This is very effective!!! It will suck the first couple times tho but not as much as running. This includes crunches, push ups, aerobics, yoga, and much more. Everything you need to lose weight is free, it just takes a little bit of effort. Don t be afraid to clear a spot on your floor and work out. Turn your fav. playlist on and rock out. Check youtube. Also another way to lose weight that can suck if you make it suck, start a vegan diet. Not for the reasons vegans do but for their skinny bodies. Trust me I weighed 160 when I stopped dancing (was 130 before when I was dancing had lots of muscle) and I went vegan for a few months and I was down to 110. It was a little too skinny for me but its somewhere to go from you know. cuz when I went back to my normal diet i gained bout 10 pounds and was 120ish. Just don t crash diet, cuz you will just gain weight once you eat. Also, sounds dumb but if you eat something every 3 hours, not something sugary or full of fat but something like carrots or fruit your digestive system will become faster sort of like working out your muscles become stronger. 1. Throw away all junk food in your house, that way you aren t tempted to eat anything that might cause you to gain weight again2. Eat at home, so you arent tempted to go through a drive through3. Learn to love something active (swimming, running, biking, walking your dog)4. Walk or bike places sometimes, instead of taking a car

people, people, people. do you all not understand that there is no natural way to lose weight fast. don t be so lazy, people. if you wanna be thinner, do what you have to. if you want it bad enough, you ll get ur butts to the gym.

Try the Japanese porn star diet. You can only eat paper, but you can eat all the paper you want, so... give a try, works for me.
atkins (that means everything but carbs), caffeine tablets as a substitute for carbs (3 a day max). Most effective crash diet although you should go for a more balance diet lol.
eat healthy~ and in da morning u just jog its really tiring but thats when u burn the most fat like u just sweat alooooot and it feels normal xD uhmss yeah XD or biking its enjoyable and fun! for extra fun have a partner xD
There is no losing weight fast . Its a long process, just keep your eyes on the prize, cut down on calories, and work out!

exerise, drink green tea, and cut down on food. 4 meals a day and a liitle snak here and there. for 2 weeks
Stop eating, run a lot. Sit in a suana for 4 hours a day and don t drink water.
