honestly there is no way you can lose a lot of weight in just 1 week. but i ve been there done that, i am the weight loss expert ha, anyways.. the best thing you can do is eat a breakfast that will boost your metabolism, like grape fruit. For the rest of your meals eat things like pasta, etc. but keep portion control in mind. Get a lot of exercise, like walking is the best exercise you can do. If you already have a flat stomach you can do crunches so your stomach looks more enhanced, but if there s a layer of fat there, you won t be able to see abs anyways. --make sure to stay away from sugars, especially pops, DRINK water! good luck
it all you want except anything that has carbohydrate warning!!!if you started this diet results will see in a week don t eat carbohydrate then you ll gain a lot of weight if you break the diet if you want to brake it brake it slowly no in one day i decide to stop the diet so aim going to eat a whole cake !!!! don t do that i do this before every taekwondo tournoment to loose weight real fast and i do a lot of exercise
you can not flatten your stamch like that in one week unless your stomach is already super flat. the onl way to lose the pudge in 1 week is to starve yourself, which isnt smart.work out like crazy, like 3 hours of cardio everyday with strenght training. 1200 calories a day. no crap. fruits/veggies and lean meat. tats it
