Hard work I m afraid. Eat healthily and exercise. You can do step classes or similar and they burn fat and tone the legs and stomach. Some also do weights to tone the arms as well. Its probably better to do a class rather than trying to do it in your living room, as classes push you harder and the routines change to keep you interested. Just keep thinking of that bikini and stick with it! Good luck!
Go to weight watchers.They have a wonderful point system wherein they allocate points to each and every individual depending on their nutritional needs. All you have to do is stick to the routine and the result will be good.I know 2 people who have lost 7 kilos or 15 lbs in 6 weeks.(1 Kilo per week can be lost) and they encourage 5 a day. Good luck.

ummm.. exercise and eat less.Or if you are really desperate then you could get liposuction or something...
just eat less calorie s and exercise more doing sit ups and crunches stuff that works on tonning your stomack
