Good way to lose weight fast? -

can someone tell me a good way to lose weight fast?? i am 5 10 and i weigh 215 pounds! i hate it! please help!

don t eat after 7pmeat a good breakfast (cereal,oatmeal,fruit) then you won t eat as much at lunch.run or walk to schooldo 5 crutches every morning as soon as u wake up and then when you go to sleep it works believe me but you have to stick to itwhat ever you do don t resort to ridiculas diets like a grape fruit a day all that will end in is a eating disorder if you don t believe me look up rudine Howard

if you don t want to do a trial- those all suck and never work so I reccomend you dont- just eat healthier. moniter your diet (eat mainly 3 meals a day, no seconds, no snacks-if needed veggies or fruits-, and exercise:mainly cardio but also sit ups, leg lifts, crunches, and that stuff. YOUR TALL, a good way to lose wight is to cut out the sugar, and count your calories...DONT STARVE YOURSELF!!! THAT IS THE WORST THING TO EVER DO!!!!!....and instead of watching tv, go outside and walk, or you can even work out inside too!!!!!!!
