the diet pills you buy work like this: they either help you get rid of excessive water (and cola drinks) from your system by making you go to the bathroom more often to get rid of liquid....others make you run for other reasons.still other diet pills make your metabolism work faster to burn calories...some diet pills work something chemical with the foods you are to eat along with the diet....still, others have ingredients to make you not get hungry while you are dieting......some have additives like vitamins and minerals......but, all require exercise on your part. ..there are easier things like just cutting your intake of food and decreasing the salt so that all the water you drink to flush your system will not get centered on your rump.So the answer to your question is sure ...most of the products work if you do the work.

you can loose weight that way but it depends on your goal setting skills! you will loose weight fast if you are commited to it! if you enjoy healthy eating and working out and learning about the fitness programmes you are doing then you are on to a winner but if you are not interested and it seems more like a chore than a work out and a lifestyle you will put on weight.

No. My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don t over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!Don t look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!
