eat often but very little try and keep the calories your consuming to around 1200 every day.when i say eat often but very little i mean eat something small like every 3 hours or so.

Fast is not the answer.You need to eat health as a lifestyle not a diet. Eat lots of fruits veggies, whole grains, lean protein and low fat dairy. Drinks lots of water and exercise.
