Not eating at all is AnorexicBut on a healthy diet breakfast helps beacuse it gives you the energy to burn more calories during the day.find a breakfast that has alot of protien and fibre.To go that far anyway, its not healthy and it s very harmful to your body and hormone cycle.See a dietician, he/she will help you eat the right thing and even convince you that being anorexic is bad for you.

dude.if u eat too little, your body s metabolism HAS to slow down (or else u d die from starvation in a week... and obviously u dont).so if ur metabolism slows allll the way down and u burn less fat, whats the point??slow metabolism + no food ORfast metabolism + foodeither way its the same, only with the no food, u dont get in nutrients and everything and become sick and ur body will break down ur own muscle to get nutrients.just eat and exercise.u ll get more results that way.i mean, who s prettier:this chick who probably eats 2,500 calories to support her activity: http://image38.webshots.com/39/9/19/33/2��or these chicks, who probably eat 600 calories a day:http://is.rely.net/1-508-21022-l-rr6tXKv��!!!

Annorexia is not the answer...It s a slow, morbid suicide. You re basically devastating your body slowly, and when you finally realize what the harm you re causing, it s often too late. Get a good nights sleep...8 hours if you re younger...ALWAYS eat breakfast, it should be the biggest meal of the day. It kick starts your metabolism and THATS the secret to losing weight...Eat 3 meals total a day, make them small. DRINK a lot of water. This will help you feel full, and it will flush toxins from your kidneys and bowels...Don t starve yourself, thats pointless...

Nobody chooses to be anorexic. It s a disease that slowly infects your mind.If you eat breakfast, yes you will lose weight faster because you will kick-start your metabolism. Just, for your own sake, don t go down the road of anorexia. Once you go there, it takes a lot time to get back, trust me.
