Eat only as much as you need, not want.
There is no fast way to lose weight. You need to follow a specific diet and excercise. Dont eat junkie food and always eat healthy food. Try eating a lot of fibre food too.
In the morning take a glass of Luke water. add two spoon full of honey and a squeeze half a lemon into it and drink before any exercise u do and after the exercise drink half a litre of water apart from your regular quota of water
If you really wanna do it quickly, without everyone telling you that you shouldn t etc etc, then go on a detox diet. Cut out wheat and dairy, maybe even go on a liquid/juice/water fast. You will definitely lose lots of weight, but if you go back to eating normally again you ll put it all back on so beware!!!

To lose weight though, you can do the following.First, you ll need to figure out how many calories you ll need to eat in order to lose weight. You can find this on many fitness websites like www.self.com or www.fitnessmagazine.com or www.shape.com. When you find the amount of calories you need to eat, make sure you don t go too low. I recommend following what I call the three day plan. You find the amount of calories you need to eat to lose weight. You eat 20% less calories for three days. On the fourth day, eat 10% more calories. Your body won t think you re on a diet because of that fourth day and you won t feel starved. (you can find more information on this in a book called burn the fat, feed the muscle).Make sure the food you re eating is healthy food. Don t stay under your calories and still eat mcd s every day. You ll need to eat a lot of fruits and veggies and drink a lot of water. Stay away from pop as much as possible, even diet. Next, add exercise. Start at 30 minutes if you ve never exercised before and build from there. You ll want to add intervals in your workout to burn more calories. For example, if you re a runner, sprint for two every 15 minutes of running. Your body will get used to the exercise you do so make sure you change your workout every two to three months. If you don t, your weight will pleatu. Make sure you add weight training to your exercise routine. Muscle weighs more than fat but it also burns more fat and makes you look slimmer. There isn t a good way to lose weight fast and still be healthy. The best thing to do is change your lifestyle. Modify what you eat and exercise at least 30 minutes a day, five times a week. Big food items to cut out are fast food, processed foods (usually found in the frozen section of your grocery store), and anything with empty calories like sodas. Doing this I have dropped 30 pounds in three months but I never had to diet and I still feel very healthy.
After having my second child, I found myself with the same question. What worked for me was cutting out almost all fats and most certainly eating extermely healthy. Never drinking any caffiene or alcohol. Since you are looking for a fast solution, the other thing that worked for instant results was using Phentermine and drinking tons of green tea. I had gained 50 lbs in pregnancy and managed to lose 60 in four months. The Phentermine I used contained Hoodia which was on 60 minutes and was found to work.
