If i eat tinned soup and veg and fruit for every meal of ever day will i lose weight faster? -

i really want to lose about 3 stone

tinned soup is gross and has little nutritional value, opt for a fresher meal.try simple home-made meal with fresh fruit and veg. soup won t make you feel full either.good luck with losing weight.

The pattern for losing weight is not difficult - consume less and move more - the difficulties arise when we in reality try to put that into practice! There are loads of opportunities to fail in the real world don t you think?! just a heads up, tinned soups have very high sodium, and too much of that can lead to all sorts of nasty stuff - like water retention, hard arteries, high blood pressure, and great big monster headaches. :)

I swapped my mid day meal for home made soup and lost 10 pounds in January. Soup is really easy to make and you can control what you put in it, then just try to eat healthily with occasional treats.

You could do that for about a week and maybe drop 4-7lbs but if you continue much longer than that your start getting headaches, irritable and weak... plus your wind is gonna smell soooooooo bad LOLgood luck loosing weight though

You will but you ll feel very hungry (lack of protein) and get way too much salt.It s really easy to make your own soup - look at any recipe website. That way you can control the amount of salt and it tastes much better too. If you replace one meal like lunch per day with soup and then eat a healthy meal containing lean protein in the evening, you will lose weight.

Just stop eating BREAD and you will lose weight. Try it.

you may try to indulge yourself in a banana diet. i lost 4lbs in two weeks.
