It doesn t sound like you re overweight.You re already active---keep that going!!Drink lots of water--stay away from sodas!Eat healthy foods---load up on fruits and veggies!!!Be happy with the way you are!!?
Oh angel, you are only 13? You are not fat. Think of health first and what you look like second. Please, please, please don t worry about your weight. You are active and probably in great shape. You will only be this age for a while then you will look back and say Wow, why did I worry about all that stupid stuff.
Well since you are 13 your body is changing and the least thing you should be worried about is losing weight right now. You seem to have a pretty active lifestyle so excersize isnt a problem for you. Since you are active you should eat lots of protien. See a dietrician so that he/she can match your diet to your lifestyle and heredics. The biggest advice would be to stay away from processed foods like junky meats,cheeses. Eat more green vegetables, cut out breads, starches, and sugars. My mom used to say, If its white, dont eat it. Personally, I just try to include lots of vegetables and water into my diet rather than excluding a bunch of junk. As long as its balanced you should be good. If you decide to cut out sweets, you can still eat chocolate if you get raw chocolate
ur not overweight but if u want to lose weight burn more calories than you eat and stay away from sweets
well you have to stop eating unnecessary food and also you need replacement for some kind of food like:potato chips switch to rice crackersNo fatty food, fried, take away eat fruit and veges when ever feel hungry drink water insead of Cola, Pepsi(not every day)
uhhh... girl, i maybe a boy but that is NOT overweight. DO NOT GO ON A DIET! You are in puberty (did i spell it right?) its about time when your body grows. youll get taller and slimer. few parts get smaller and few parts get bigger (Sorry for what i said). when you get older then go on a diet. agreed. you arent overweight, but if you are seeking to maintain a healthy wieght:First thing- don t change how much you eat (unless it is WAY WAY to much), start out by changing what you are eating. If it comes in a diet option, try it. If you are drinking 1% milk, try skim (or the next percentage down), avoid juice (liquid calories are way to easy to consume and hard to get rid of). Second thing- Watch out for when you are eating these things, often times it is better to have smaller meals and snack throughout the day. Third thing- NEVER EAT FAST FOOD. It is essentially a slow acting poison on your body and can lead to more health problems than you can think of. Fourth thing- if you don t exercise, start out going for walks in the park or somehting, then bring it up to a light jog (once you are comfortable), then slowley bring up the intensity.Fifth thing- Evaluate everything you put in your mouth, (i.e. avoiding higher fat meats like ribs, pork.. try fish instead or dear or chicken... then general meat rule is that the fewer legs it had as an animal, the better it is for you). Also, think about what goes into you ask yourself, Should I be eating this? Sixth thing- You don t have to be doing all this 100% of the time, treat yourself, but recognize your priorities when it comes to it and don t let treating yourself get out of hand.
