Excellent question - indeed it isn t rocket science. All you need to do is burn more calories than you put into your body every day, and to do that, all you need to do is cut out junk food and do some exercise. Even walking will help.Some people just don t want to take responsibility for their own lazy lifestyle and slack eating habits, so they re looking for someone or something to blame. I have a slow metabolism - yeah, right. Only if your lifestyle makes it that way! Nobody forces handfuls of junk down your throat or makes you sit on the couch all day.
idk that is a very good question but i guess most ppl r hoping there is an easier, more effective short cut 2 w8 loss out there then actually working at it and r hoping to find it.
not everybody has it that simple.they starting think that maybe there is something in the DNA that causes obesity and makes people more prone to Cancer.maybe if they were over weight and needed to loose weight,thats why they ask....if you were 50 pounds overweight,would you sit on a couch [not excercising]but thinking about how u gained weight?!no,u would try to find a healthy weigh to loose what you gained,during pregnancy or bad times,or maybe just extra gained weight before a wedding.
