How to lose weight quickly? -

I m 14,6feet tall and weigh over 200 pounds but i have done lots of weight lifting and can run better than some skinny people i m also really bulky and tend to eat alot because of my families diet but i just want to get more toned i have a stomach and moobs lol i also bench over 150 so yeah

Keep up with weight training and running, but cut back some on your eating habits by 1/4 (that means eat 1/4 less than you normally do, not eat 1/4 of what you re normally eating). You can blame your family all you want, but that doesn t mean you have to eat all the junk they throw in front of you. At 14 and caring about your physique, you should be cooking your own meals anyway.

Does your family make you eat lots of food or are you allowed to stop eating when you feel full?If you are 14 years old and 6 tall your healthy weight should be between 150 - 175. To do lots of weight-lifting with heavy weights is not a healthy activity for anybody under 16 years of age. How heavy you lift is not as important as how accurately you do the exercises.
