About diets, does anyone have personal experience with a weight loss program for drinkers that actually works? -

Yeah, STOP DRINKING. Drinking makes you fat, it has a lot of calories, you want to lose weight, you stop drinking, plain and simple. Now Ive lost over 50 pounds, when I went to my personal trainer, my goal was losing 3 pounds a week doing weight lifting, cardio and dieting. I lost weight every week EXCEPT those weeks that I went out with my friends and drank, and I only drank one night in those weeks.
