Hey, it s almost New Years. What a great time to make a resolution to lose weight! I wish you the best of luck in it. You really have to look at two areas of your life and adjust them to match your goals:* Diet* ExerciseYou simply can t get around these two facts. You have to consume fewer calories than you burn each day to loose weight. So if you don t change your diet, then you ll have to exercise more. Frankly, it s easier to adjust both things. Eat less, or eat smarter and exercise moderately. You don t have to go overboard. A 20 minute walk around the block is exercise.Find someone who can share the goal with you. Another overweight friend who will walk with you. That helps a lot. You can encourage each other. Here are a few other resources that might be helpful to you:Lose Weight and Gain Muscle - http://watersaffl.burnthefat.hop.clickbaWeight Loss for Dummies - http://watersaffl.4idiots.hop.clickbank.Weight Watchers - http://www.weightwatchers.com/index.aspxGood luck! haha the treadmil is a waste of time.Excelent investment to rip people off. You can lose weight, but not fast.as running or sit-ups
I agree that the tred mill is a fab fat burner if you do it right. I used to walk, jog and run 2 to 6 miles a day on the tred mill. Along with drinking plenty of cold water and squats and push-ups, oh yeah don t forget to stretch good before hand. The trouble is wether you have easy access to a tred mill or not. If you do not have easy access to a tred mill please don t be dicouraged. I no longer have access to one so a few laps around the neighborhood s ok. Hey good luck to ya! And God bless!
sure as long as u burn more calories than u take in
If you go about 2.5 mph, then it s for weight loss. If you go above that, then it ll just be a cardio workout.
You need to diet too. I know a many that weighs close to 300. I have seen him walk 10 miles a day, but on the way, he stops at 7/11 and stokes up, so he hasn t lost a pound in the 8 years i have seen him walk.
Yes, it can. In fact, the treadmill is known as the biggest calorie buster at the gym. But along with the treadmill, one should do a strength training routine in order to keep the muscles nice and strong....
