Is this enough food and will it help a person lose weight fast? i want a lot of answers (:? -

If that s all you eat in a day, then no. You need to eat to keep your metabolism going. If you eat too infrequently or too little, your body goes into starvation mode and slows down your metabolism a lot, and keeps any fat on your body as protection.To lose weight, you need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. The foods you listed are all good foods, but make sure you incorporate other good foods onto the list as well.If you re looking to lose weight, a quicker way to lose weight is to eat well AND to exercise. Doing cardio (running, walking, elliptical trainer, jumping rope, etc) and strength training (weights and weight machines) also help a lot by burning calories. um, well if this is what you eat in a day,its not enough to make you lose weight.i see not enough grains and dairy. to lose weight(fast or not) you have to consume at least 1200 cals a day,then pair with exercise.if you rely on eating less than 1200 cals alone,you wont lose weight,you will either maintain or gain weight.my advice,eat balanced meals at 1200 cals,and exercise for about 30-60 min a day.trust me it works much better than eating 600 cals a day,with no exercise.

ugh that sounds horrible to eat (my opinion) but i guess its fine, as long as you dont leave out important nurtrients!
