theres no sure fire way to lose weight fast and even when you do you usually put it back on anyway but as you said you already eat healthily so keep that up and try and do more exercise i got myself a bike and i can feel a difference in my energy levels already and it probably lose weight too but i would take up swimming and other cardovescular exercises maybe join a gym or get yourself a nintendo Wii sports and also other sports types games and find out how many of your friends are into keeping fit and get them involved too.

Try eating 6 meals a day. Eat 3 main meals and 3 snacks between meals. Each meal and snack should contain protein and a complex carbohydrates (vegetable or whole grain or fibrous fruit such as apple).
Try to be active. participate in house chores, choose to climb stairs instead and try aerobic based exercise (the one that can make you sweat a lot).
