Start With cardioRunning, Biking,Dancing, swimming(running is the Fastest way) Just make sure to pace yourself and not sprint, its better to go nice and easy for a long time thjen to sprint a short distance and be tired, if you had a heartrate montior you want to keep you heart rate higher, almost your max(220-age) i keep mines around 170-180(a min/BPM) im 17 so find whats right for you.(eat healthy while working out it makes a big difference)
It s quite simple really- eat better (low fat, kinda low carbs, protein) and exercise (something that gets your heart rate up.Not rocket science really.
Well fast is the wrong way. Losing it slower will more likely stay off. You don t want to work hard and then gain it all back. Watch your calorie intake and exercise. You ll start noticing a difference soon. You may even loose several pounds the first week of water weight. Eat right and drink plenty of fluids, preferably water and once you see the pounds coming off it will give you even more incentive. Good luck.

More info please. But start doing lots of cardio, jogging/running, jump rope, and then add the crazy twist of push ups and crunchs, and maybe lift weights if avaiable.
