There is no fast way to loose weight. If you loose any more than two pounds per week, your losing weight to fast . Then you ll gain it ALL back very quickly. You want to loose the weight and keep it off for good. eat from the four food groups, eat when your hungry stop when your full. You don t need a DIET.Eat less and move more. Here are guide lines I went by and I lost 35 lbs.Of course I ran everyday and lifted weights 3 times a week, which you should look at doing.Habit 1: Eat every 2-3 hours.Habit 2: Eat complete, lean protein with each feeding opportunity.Habit 3: Eat vegetables with each feeding opportunity.Habit 4: Eat veggies/fruits with any meal. Eat other carbs only after exercise.Habit 5: Eat healthy fats daily.Habit 6: Don t drink beverages (soda, beer, etc.) with more than 0 calories.Habit 7: Eat whole foods whenever possible.Chicken breast, lean ground beef, lean turkey, spinach, broccoli, tuna, etc.Red meat isn t what makes people fat,NEVER cut it out.Carbs (bread, pasta, sugar Etc, make people fat)
Here is the deal, everyone has the same metabolism it s just how you get it going. I know I don t believe it either sometimes, but it s true. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits. Cut down on your intake of red meats. stay away from chips, biscuits, and sweet candies. One thing I try to do is not eat late at night. A good exercise routine is just walking. The more you walk, the better you feel. Drink plenty of water. Hope this helps and good luck!
Losing weight isn t as hard as ppl make it out to be. It s all about learning what your body needs to make your metabolism work. I would start by eating 6 meals a day if possible, cut back on soda, sweets, and all other junk food, eat plenty of veggies and when eating meet stick to the white meet. Find a healthy exercise routine and drink plenty of water. that should get you to a pretty good start.
