If your at a healthy weight I dont know why you would want to lose more weight.If you must I have a few tips:1. Do more exercise in Sets Reps, you can do alot more that one istead of full on without breaks.2. Cut out all junk food to maximise your workout.3. Do it all in proportion, dont over do it or you ll burn out.
Go consult your doctors before anything especially since you have type 1 diabetes you dont want to put your health at risk. But honestly talk to your doctor im sure she or he will have plenty of suggestions and recommendations that will be safe to your health and wont affect negativelly your diabetes. Run! Its the best way to lose weight the fastest and get into awsome shape. It uses a large majority of your muscles and keeps you in constatnt intense excerise. And you dont have to worry about eating habits, you will be hittting any fat deposits and breaking them down as you run so you ll be constantly breaking down what you eat if you run frequently. Try to stay off pavement its tough on your knees but running on tracks or grass like fields or parks is awsome. STAY OFF TREADMILLS. They do nothing for you and destroy your knees, you need to be on like a 6 incline going 8 to even come close to replicating real running. Thats all i got so, hope it helps and good luck
as soon as you wrote I want to lose a few because I am bigger than most of my friends i thought oh no...dont change yourself because of your friends, we are all different and you cant change that. if you exercise and eat healthy and have good blood sugar levels, that indicates that you are a physically healthy person. you dont need to lose weight because of our friends....tell me, if your friends all got their noses pierced, would you do that too??be an individual and strong...if you want to change then change for yourself and not for others...
do some yoga ; I ve lost lots of weight but remember it took you awhile to gain the weight and wont come off in a week.also do lots of cardio. try 30 mins in the morning and 45 after school. walking, biking, etc.eat lots of protein (meat, eggs, tofu)and veggies and limited bread. if you do eat bread make sure its whole wheat same with wraps. stay away from potatoes and for your veggies stick to outer ground things ( no beets, carrots, etc)drink nothing but water or tea.hope this helps!
Type one diabetes comes with a thing (forget the name) that makes that sometimes makes the body seem rounder than it is. It usually only happens in the stomach area and the limbs seem smaller because of it.I suggest you exercise more often. There is no quick way to lose weight.
strength training really is the answer. Muscle requires more calories (energy) to sustain its existence. Fat doesn t require energy it just sits there. The more muscle you have the more calories you will burn just moving around.
cough anorexia cough. jk. lol. do alot of cardio workouts. those help u loose weight. with a balanced diet of coarse. give it time.
Dont worry about your weight it does not matter how your friends or you look.
