I have had many people telling me I m not eating enough which is why I m not losing weight quickly but I m not sure about that. I m trying to have between 1200-1250 calories a day and do high intensity aerobics and strength training 5-6 days a week. I work in an office 9 hours a day (which means I m sitting on my butt) and the women in my family already have trouble losing weight. I m 5 9 and LOOK like I weight about 140. I m actually 188 and want to get down to 170. I started at 203 so I ve made some progress but I ve been stuck at the same weight now for weeks.
you need to vary your exercise. your body will get used to wat you intake an set itself for that. try week on one week on other or day on day off. go swimming to tone up
