The program promotes using normal food from your local grocery store, but it just tells you what to buy and when to eat it. It actually has you eat more throughout the day to speed up your metabolism. I had tried the South Beach Diet and Weight Watchers, but this has been my favorite program so far!! I am in this exercise program called Strollerfit. I get to workout with my baby! It is a work out group and a mommies support group. I really loved it.
I d recommend the Slim Habit. There s great support from Slimpals if you want it. No fierce diet regimes here...lose weight and lead a normal life!
