I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works.........Write down every thing you eattake a multivitamin at night

Not only that but you also need to exercise regularly. By regularly, I mean on a daily basis for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.You need to have a balanced diet. By that, I mean you need to try to incorporate all the foods groups into your daily meals. There are many cook books out that can guide you through this. Exercise is pretty easy. Walk or jog everyday and you ll be fine. But if your just doing a temporary diet to lose some quick weight you ll eventually lose the weight and get off the diet and then gain it back again.
yes sure u will!here is the most effective rules to lose weight:1- u have to organize the food u eat:breakfast.lunch.dinner.its ok if u want to eat french fries but only little amount and before 3 or 4pm to allow yr body to burn this calories...2- practice some exercises which u like:dancing as example try to dance for a half an hour every day this will help u to much.3- prevent yourself from eating while watching TV or setting in front of computer:because when u feel excitement u will feel more hungry.so eat cucomber or any other vegetable which u like while watching TV.4-Dont ever go out while u r hungry:cause u will buy something from the street full of calories(believe me I tried this way).5-finally:eat as much water as u can because it full u up,also it benefit yr body and it burn carbohydrates.hope u best luck!!!!!.
that is a great diet, you d lose lose a good amount, like probly between 3-8 pounds after aweek, i realy woodn t no, but try it :D and see then tell us, experiment :),
No, you will not loose weight rapidly, What will happen is your body will go under survival mode and store away any and all fat that you do eat. You will also harm your body. You have to remember whenever you go on a diet and loose weight fast you will gain it back just as fast if not faster whenever your out of the diet. And yo yo dieting and losing weight and gaining weight is really bad for your body. You have to remember no diet is complete without exercise. You have to have a well nutritioned meal not barely no meal. Eat healthy cereal for breakfast, wheat cereal, special k, etc. Eat a nice lunch, a tuna sandwich or a ham sandwich all on wheat bread. Eat a salad for dinner, remember dinner is where you should eat the least because you don t really exercise at night so your body stores more food away. Don t eat after 8. Don t drink pop or soda or alot of sugary drinks. Caffeine gives you cellulite, not just sugar. Some fruits is really high in natural sugars so stay away. Lots and lots of veggies. No heavy salad dressing like ranch and things like that, not even the low calorie ones or fat free ones. I usually choose a nice lemon juice and a little salt and a tiny bit of olive oil in my salads. No fast food, nothing that comes from a can. Don t have excessive amounts of vitamin B.
